 Seems as i need to make an apology. Emoticons is a plugin from TinyMCE
 Advanced plugin and is placed in plugin folder. As I use plugin on all
 websites I assumed it is in the core.
 But it doesnt change point of ticket. We need easier management of comment
 form visual editor.
 Managed to somehow make almost all buttons in bbPress/comments, from
 different snippets, but allways some of them are misisng and in no way i
 can show them.
