 On the subject of a defined post-activation action - it's a feature I've
 wanted for a while!

 I think it should be probably be "Configure" which can then be easily
 localised.

 I think it would make sense to support that in the standard plugin header
 information, something like "Configure URL: options-
 general.php?page=googleanalytics"
