 Marking as fixed for 4.2!

 Yes, the permalink format isn't going to suit every site out there, so it
 may still need customizing, but it enhances the default `?p=123`
 Yes, the text on the permalink page isn't 100% accurate, but covering both
 "defaults" results in awkward text and the existing text isn't completely
 wrong - If someone has a better idea for the text though, please feel free
 to open a new ticket for that.
