 @senff You are correct, there are not any real code differences between
 the patches, except that yours will not apply cleanly for two reasons. The
 first, `common-rtl.css` is a dynamically created file that is built during
 the `grunt` command with `cssjanus` and therefore should not be directly
 edited. The second, you did not create your patch from the project root.
