Comment:

 `date_i18n` only translates words in a date format, it does not translate
 the date format itself. I don't think we should use the date setting for
 the blog for the admin. The dates in the admin should all be the same. `F
 j, Y` is not translated to the right date format by just using
 `date_i18n`.

 This is also the case for the media modal.
