 I don't necessarily disagree, but want to point out that I received some
 angry emails over the years via Rosetta contact form from users who
 thought it was either an inappropriate translation or a core bug.

 Well, apparently it can be seen by a user in certain situations, whether
 it's a core or plugin/theme bug, so making it less confusing and more
 helpful would be great.
