 Images can be non-attachments/external URLs - those fields should not show
 if it's not an attachment, and if the URL is in the data (it's not for
 non-attachments) and shown, it begs the question: should it be an editable
 field in the non-attachment situation, the way you can edit the href of a
 link? Is that duality confusing for users?
