 The new version of grunt-patch-wordpress contains a number of requested
 features and enhancements

 the tools directory can now be patched along with a handful of other root
 level files that were failing
 If patching fails and issues a prompt, you can now interact with the
 prompt
 we only save the watch file to your directory if you pass the --debug flag
 we default to selecting the newest patch rather then the oldest patch
