 Found a related problem in [31107].  The args list includes 'size' but
 then uses it as both a URL parameter as well as the height and width
 attributes of the image.  And there are no extra args for things like
 srcset.  Unless more args get added to core, the plugin will still have to
 filter the whole element rather than tweaking args.
