 I can confirm this. It's the weirdest thing!! I have Chrome, Safari, and
 Firefox on this screenshot:

 Running color meter over them, Safari does show a different RGB value. But
 on the safari inspector, the Hex value is the same as the other browsers.

 I'm viewing this on my Thunderbolt Display, connected to my Retina
 MacbookPro.
