 Since ftp_rawlist() has issues in the past but worked and ftp_nlist()
 fixes but does not play nice with some server config, maybe we create a
 fallback.

 Hear my case... exists() is a method to check on information WP already
 has. A double check so to speak. Would it make sense to run ftp_nlist()
 and if FALSE just double check with ftp_rawlist()? The double check should
 never really happen to often and would benefit both issues of past and
 present.
