 @michaelarestad I would say it is an 80% feature because currently widget
 areas get re-assigned to other areas in unexpected ways when switching
 between themes. If the widgets were associated with the wrong widget area,
 or if they were dropped altogether, then they have to be manually dragged
 one by one to their appropriate widget areas in the new theme.
