 part of the thinking here that we are asking plugin authors to ask their
 users to help translate using glotpress so each developer is going to do
 this a different way

 If we just do it, it's done once and this will save a lot of extra work
 and mixed UI experience

 easy to have a filter to disable ( or enable )
