 detailed explanation. You can just google "modsecurity 404" and you'll see
 this happens a lot, and it's not just WordPress.

 Since you're on an x10hosting and can't debug the server, there's nothing
 we can really do. It's not a core issue. If you want to post for support
 in the forums, go https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-
 troubleshooting#postform :)

 That said, since you literally cannot debug, you may just be stuck.
