 No it's not, that's why I didn't worried too much about this

 test proved me I'm wrong big time after some bad reviews (well that
 happens from time to time) and [https://wordpress.org/support/topic/the-
 oauth-20-access-token-has-expired-and-a-refresh-token-is-not-available-
 re?replies=17 this topic]

 I can't tell for sure what's the cause of the issue but IMHO an
 invalid/broken thing shouldn't lead to a valid result.
