 I very much wish it had not been quoted at all in this forum, as there is
 a difference in communication styles depending on context and audience.

 Regardless, the part "are not putting it back." seems quite rude and
 distasteful to those who actively used the title attribute.

 What, exactly, is wrong with users setting their own title attribute? Or,
 at least, having it optionally, under an 'Advanced' accordion?
