 I think it's better to have the link modal work the same in the text
 editor - it's already a different experience from other tags, so I don't
 see that it's a terrible thing. I would say that it would also be better
 on touch devices, except that with the zooming + keyboard fly-up, text
 mode is basically unusable on iOS right now. Will test and get
 [attachment:31890.2.patch] in.
