 Wondering what the status is of this ticket.

 At the very least both `rel_canonical()` as well as
 `get_adjacent_post_rel_link()` need an `esc_url()` around the link as it
 could contain `&`'s.

 If it would help, I'll gladly send in a separate patch to at least fix
 that.
