 I want to change the collate from utf8mb4_unicode_ci to
 utf8mb4_unicode_520_ci.
 The reason is because the retrieval accuracy of emoji becomes worse.

 For example, "When you search in the emoji of sushi, emoji of beer to
 hit."

 Person who understands Japanese want to look at the next page.
