 I can confirm this as an issue on iOS 8 GM. On multi-select (media-
 new.php), videos error with "A problem occurred with this webpage so it
 was reloaded." For photos (single and multiple), they appear to be
 uploading, but ultimately end in "HTTP Error."

 As far as the JSFiddle goes, each button allows you to select photos, and
 file sizes are correctly reported. For video, the multiple button results
 in the same "A problem occurred with this webpage so it was reloaded." The
 single button works and reports the correct file size.
