 The buttons to toggle list/excerpt view show up on the Users list page in
 the Network admin. I suppose they shouldn't. When you click excerpt view,
 the registered time appears.
 I'll submit a patch to remove them from this view.

 As an alternative, I wonder if it would be useful to show the user bio in
 excerpt view?
