 set the following discussion setting:
 break comment into pages with 5 top level comments per page and the last
 page displayed by default
 Comments should be displayed with the newer comments at the top of each
 page

 have a post with 6 comments

 only the last comment made is displayed by default instead of the expected
 5 last comments.
