 I don't agree. We should show it regardless the blog is multi authors or
 not. Readers tend to land on single post first (AKA "Homepage is dead")
 and the author info should be there and prominent even he/she is the only
 author in the blog. It's kind of the same logic that we always show author
 name in post meta regardless.
