 johnbillion asked me
 ([https://wordpress.slack.com/archives/core/p1414551155002002]) to split
 up the unit tests - however these tests are actually related to the plugin
 that uses the new hooks and should probably not belong in core. I've
 updated the patch to remove them.

 I will open a PR on github to add the tests to the plugin.

 Also added some more documentation.
