 @celloexpressions I agree. Settings is not a good place for Press This to
 live. I'm not fully convinced we need to eliminate Tools either.

 We definitely can and should explore other locations for Press This. It
 could be on Add New, part of the dashboard itself via the Welcome Panel,
 or any number of places. This is something we're currently exploring and
 we're open to ideas.
