 If it's added to the required classes, then (assuming the patch here goes
 in), the second part should be to define theme support too, so that WP
 core and plugins can actually make use of it.

 Is the theme review requirement that exactly the class `.screen-reader-
 text` is added, or just a class that is for visually hidden text?
