 In an ideal world where you are designing all the content ever to be
 published with the theme, yes. But I think bundled themes should be as
 robust as possible and account for the most edge cases possible as we
 don't know how the theme will be used. The user could always override the
 default CSS in the event there really long title shouldn't be broken.
 Which in my opinion would be less common than the opposite.
