Comment:

 I agree that it's very odd. There's no indication that the sidebar is
 scrollable and might be longer than the content.

 I don't know what's the preferred solution is here but I've attached a
 patch that removes the fixed sidebar.

 I tried experimenting with `position: sticky`but that didn't feel right
 either.
