Comment:

 In addition removing the containment makes it easier/possible to arrange
 both the big and the small (bottom row) thumbnails, 29606.2.patch.

 However not sure why the bottom row thumbnails are draggable in the first
 place. Usually only the first 7-8 are visible (11-12 on bug screens) so
 pre-arranging a gallery while selecting more than a few images doesn't
 work anyway. Furthermore arranging the big thumbnails on the next step
 works better.

 Thinking we should remove UI Sortable from the bottom row of thumbnails
 (not in a dot release though).
