Comment:

 Thanks tskk for bringing it up.

 When the theme install screen was updated, they intentionally removed the
 "Recently Updated" tab since it didn't return the most meaningful results,
 or was very helpful for users.

 I was trying to find a record of this in the #wordpress-ui IRC channel but
 had no luck.
