 1. The "preview" line in the colour button is positioned differently in
 different browsers. It looks like this is caused by `left: 50%;`.
 2. Let's make the "preview" line a bit bigger (3px instead of 2px). It
 used to be 4px!
 3. Add a dashicon for the "backcolor" button. It's not visible by default,
 but can be added by plugins.
