 In my case Suhosin is core of problem. Plugin Uebermenu get me alert:

 Menu Item Limit Warning

     Your server is running Suhosin, and your current maxvars settings may
 limit the number of menu items you can save.

 suhosin.post.max_vars :: 800
 suhosin.request.max_vars :: 800

 Menu Item Post variable count on last save :: 0

 So I ask server admin change Suhosin script on "extended" and now works
 saving much faster on the page as on the other blogs too
