 I just re-checked this on a live site running 3.9.1, and I'm not seeing
 the issue. The code fix was in a JavaScript file, which gets pretty
 aggressively cached in the WordPress admin. Did you try clearing your
 browser cache and then doing a hard refresh on the Post edit screen?
