 A note, if these need to be English words for another release, that's
 quite OK. It wouldn't be a regression.

 One option in the future would be to create some kind of SVG builder for
 these, so each language could just have an SVG rendered in place, in their
 language. That'd be super cool. :-)

 It would be nice if the line styles were a bit different still (as they
 were in 3.8) just so there is some kind of visual differentiation in
 addition to just text.

 An icon for "MORE" is going to be more difficult, but if we wanted to add
 an icon to "PAGE BREAK" that might go over well.
