 I've opened up a couple of related tickets.

 #27522 is for the fact that colors aren't
 #27521 is for the fact that the page is currently completely unusable via
 a keyboard


 Some other issues that I've found on the theme detail preview pane:

 The screenshot needs an alt tag.  Possible we should use "Screenshot of
 <theme>"?
 The star ratings give no information to screen readers.
