 I find it hard to figure out at a glance which marker is "more", and which
 is "next page." We used to label these — can we bring something like that
 back? Instead of the little text images that used to be attached at the
 end of the line, how about we throw the label in text in the middle of the
 line? Makes it a little easier to see than it was before, in my opinion.
