Comment:

 Today I updated one plugin and localization files were updated once again.
 And message "Plugin reactivated successfully." is back, see attached
 screenshot.

 Could you please turn off these automatic updates for localhost? I am
 working on updated localization and really tired of backing up files a
 restore them. You are going to destroy many files on localhosts and
 testing developers installations :-(

 I tried to add to my plugin file, but it does not work:
