Comment:

 I can still reproduce in current trunk, with the same steps as in
 comment:5:ticket:27136:

 1. Add `<strong>test</strong>` somewhere in a theme description.
 3. Search for "strong".

 On a related note, there should be a message instead of a blank screen if
 no themes are found: #28587.
