 I definitely think it is a good idea to add more debug options and
 documentation to the `wp-config.php` file. When I first started developing
 for WordPress, documentation was sparse at best. Now, documentation is
 much better (both inline and online), but I think adding the debug
 documentation to `wp-config.php` will give users willing to dig into the
 code a place to start and learn.
