 As I [comment:9 previously commented], I did extensive testing to nail
 down the exact scenario for reproducing the bug on WordPress 3.9, and then
 used the test cases to confirm that the issue is fixed in 3.9.1. So I have
 not been able to reproduce the issue now on 3.9.1. It would be helpful if
 you shared the themes and plugins that you are using, what theme was
 active when you tried doing a preview of another theme, and what this
 previewed theme was.
