 I know this ticket has already been opened (and closed) here :
 https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/14558

 BUT : 4 years have past, and we are now using wordpress to build powerfull
 web applications, and in those conditions, the needs for better SQL
 performance become bigger !

 It could be custom table that will copy the structure of the wp_posts or
 it could be easier by creating mysql VIEWS

 I believe it would not take much effort and (if well done) won't break the
 existing.

 What do you think ?
