Comment:

 Issue is resolved in WP 3.9.1 (comes with mediaelement 2.14.2 which fixes
 the

 #diff-57c401f024caa0f041ff8130e6f71255L2742 jump around issue]).

 Seems I had a cache problem after upgrade to 3.9.1 from 3.8.x (came with
 mediaelement 2.13.0 with the jump issue).
