 This appears to be a caching issue with your web server, it's probably
 configured to set `Cache-Control` or `Expires` HTTP headers for static
 files.

 WordPress itself does not send these headers for images, but a caching
 plugin might do that. I'd suggest trying the
 [http://wordpress.org/support/ support forums] for troubleshooting.
