Comment:

 When I add a custom colour, it's gone when I leave the page. It should
 probably save based on the user or blog.
 I assume the previous colour picker didn't save the colours either, but
 that behaviour is really unexpected for me. If we keep the colour picker
 in core, we should at least save those colours.
