 The colorpicker was part of the theme in TinyMCE 3.5.x (up to WordPress
 3.8). Was removed in TinyMCE 4.0 and is back in 4.1.

 The lists plugin enhances working with nested lists and adds better
 support for definition lists. The lists can be indented/nested with the
 Tab key and out-dented with Shift+Tab, as well as the indent and outdent
 buttons (second row).
