 I thought Helen was referring to the "Webkit style" box-shadows currently
 used on generic links:
 [[Image(http://s.hyhs.me/VgZW/image.png)]]
 and that makes sense, but what about using specifically crafted box-
 shadows for the Admin menu and Toolbar? White solid ones will look as the
 ones suggested by the accessibility team, unless I'm missing something.
