 Hmm. I have thoughts of clicking the card to select, and highlight it when
 it is, but it's not obvious.
 I usually clue the user in that they can by still having a checkbox, which
 has the same behavior when checked, but the cards in the mockup and patch
 are pretty compact already. Not seeing where I'd have a checkbox.
