 The idea is for the search input in the Admin bar that displays on the
 frontend when the administrator is logged in to, on text entry, to search
 for post type results, plugin results, settings results and to be
 extendable for adding custom taxonomies.

 Because we are working with the backend the entire environment can be
 cached into a blob for indexing.

 Here's a crude UI mockup I did on the fly, but it could be done much
 better. The idea makes it's way though.

 I think that the biggest draw back to not having an engine for searching
 the entire backend in a way that compliments the WordPress user experience
 would be that on high traffic servers the wp ajax calls may slow down the
 server environment when an administrator (or administrators) are using the
 search tool at the same time.
