 To reproduce:

 * Go to theme-install.php;
 * Go to "popular", then to "featured" (clicking the back button here
 works);
 * Click on "Details and Preview" for a theme;
 * Click next;
 * Click the browser's back button and you'll be pointed to theme-
 install.php.
