 That's a good question.

 We have, as far as I can tell (there might be more), three entirely
 different modal styles:

 - Thickbox modal: https://cloudup.com/cmxHcYMWrlP
 - Theme browser modal: https://cloudup.com/cARAliUS1VL
 - Media modal: https://cloudup.com/cGekmEyuopE

 In this instance, I had the theme browser in mind as a general modal style
 as I think it'll be easy to design tabs into. That said, the media modal
 styles already have tabs we could use: https://cloudup.com/cmy9QpXCwrx.

 This could be a good opportunity to establish one consistent core style we
 could use for all modals. What are your thoughts?
